Desktop Installation
• Create desktop hardware and software standard configuration
• Install new desktop or laptop workstations with relevant internal components
• Install relevant external components
• Install relevant peripherals
• Install standard software configurations
• Install additional software as required
• Resolve any software and hardware conflicts

Desktop Repair and Replacement
• Perform cost anaylsis of repair versus replacement
• Undertake insurance estimates
• Repair defective hardware (where cost effective), software and peripherals
• Undertake disaster recovery

Desktop Maintenance
• Manage installed applications centrally
• Re-install operating systems
• Upgrade software as appropriate
• Apply service packs and security patches
• Deploy applications and operation systems centrally
